Wordy Wednesday: The Climb

For those of you who are familiar with Miley Cyrus, The Climb is of one her songs. My niece will be singing it on her birthday so we've been practicing it over and over and over and over and over again. If you want to sing with us, feel free to use this Youtube karaoke video as your reference.

Sing with us, folks.

In the mean time, what does "The Climb" have to do with the dogs? This...

Those stairs go to the third floor. That's Whitey! Chooey also goes to the  3rd floor on her own volition.

Why you may ask is this a big deal? Here are two reasons:

Reason 1: There's supposed to be stairs between the 1st and 2nd floor (so the area directly under the stairs in the picture is open). One wrong step can send anyone falling to the ground.

Reason 2: Chooey and Buchi can come down those stairs very quickly. Whenever I catch them going down, I hold my breath because they might go beyond the railings!

P.S. Austin's human has mentioned that she's getting directed to another site when posting a comment here. If you're also experiencing the same problems, kindly inform me through my contact form or email me so I could isolate the problem.

  2. We don't think we could get Lightning to go up or down those stairs unless maybe there was a new stuffie at the top:) Be careful, Chooey and Whitey.

  10. We think we'd have fun on those stairs! Our basement steps are open like that, but not the ones to the second level. :-)

  12. Ohhh...that does sound very scary. At my old house, I use to worry about Whisky and Looppy (her rabbit companion) falling down through the gap between the steps. Looppy actually did fall once and cut her lip. She likes to jump up 3 steps at a go. Thankfully, at this house, there's no gap between the steps...
